How to Use
- Let the base layer dry completely.
- Add 2–3 drops of water to the pan; wait 30–60 s; swirl gently.
- Blot excess water and apply thinly; repeat layers for stronger shift.
- Seal optionally after fully dry. Not cosmetic grade.
